Basic question on new setup - Slider

I have just recieved my Taranis and apart from other problems I have one that I really cant fathom and am sure there is a simple answer but cant find it. I am initially checking that all switches work, etc. I have a problem with the sliders. When they are set to the centre position the lCD does not show them central in fact they are way off at one end I cant get one side to display at all. Any advice please.

Did you do the radio calibration? And if so did you center the slider before you started? I would run calibration again and make sure the sliders and pots are centered when it tells you at the beginning.

Sorry what an idiot I am - it even says to centre on the screen! I think I got confused also as it only uses the bottom half of the display. Thanks - That did it
