Two FLVSS sensors on the same model?

Post by andrewju »

Hi All,

I think I read something about it, but now I can't find it... I was asked for help to connect two FLVSS (FrSky's voltage sensors) on the same model. It's a multicopter with two independent batteries (one is a 6S LiPo, I'm not yet sure about the other one).

I understand I need to change the SPort ID on one of the sensors, so that it doesn't interfere with the other. How do I configure OpenTX to display the voltages (or at least the lowest cell amongs all of them)? The radio is a fresh Q X7, so it will be updated to the latest release candidate of OpenTX 2.2.

Same as with one, when you discover sensors you'll get 2 Cels sensors that you might want to rename for clarity. Same method to get the lowest of each, then you can use a "Min" calculated sensor to get the lowest of both.
