Discover new sensors

Hi,

In the Taranis OpenTx V2.1.9 telemetry menu, these is the "discover new sensors".

I have already done this and got and edited many sensors. The edit part is important for my question.

If I add a new sensor and do another "discover new sensors", will this action erase all my edits in other sensors?
If it does what can I do to add the sensor and keep my edits?
