A few questions on openTx V2.1.9

Post by Raythegreat »

Hi,
I have a few questions:

1- In the Radio setup what does play delay (sw.mid pos) do? Mine is set at 150ms.
2- Can we use real numbers such as 3.4 to set global variables? or is it just only integers?
3- In the model menu, what does the tick or check on global variables do? It enables or disables what?
4- In the telemetry menu, what does ignore instances do? Does it ignore all detected telemetry sensors?

Thanks
Ray

There is some excellent documentation that will answer almost all your 2.1 questions.
viewtopic.php?f=45&t=8724

1. It delays the playing of a voice file for the middle position of a switch so that it does not play if you just go from up to down or down to up without actually stopping on the middle position.
2. Integers
3. Not sure what check box you are asking about. The pop up?
4. It prevents some defective 3rd party sensors from filling up all the sensor slots. Should not normally be needed.
