Trim subtrim problem

Okay, I'm new to Taranis. I'm trying to set up some of my "wet engine" planes. Well if my control surface wasn't completely even and I used subtrim to adjust that the even my control surfaces then it's left the surface with limited movement one way with full movement the other.........how do I set this and get even movement both ways?

Ideally adjust the linkage, alternatively on the radio PPM Center is a better choice.
