Telemetry settings on Taranis 2.1.8 firmware

I'm having great difficulty getting telemetry using a Craft and Theory cable and SPort on an X8R and Serial4 on the Pixhawk.
No sensors can be found.
I noticed on one of the forums that somebody mentioned the need to set the mode for telemetry type ( FrSky Sbus), with a screen shot.
My telemetry page does not have this option. The first entry at the top of the page is RSSI.
I have the mode for the internal module set to D-16 with channels 1-16.
Am I missing something?

You are missing that first line ...

I think, this only shows up, when the internal hf module is off and an external hf module activated.
