tx disk not mounted

i'm having problem withe my computer USB drive the tx which is a flysky th9x/er9x upgraded with the 9x treme board first off when i put it in boot load mode the screen on the tx has [ BOOT LOADER V1.7 READY ] BELOW THAT HAS

ERSKY9X9XT _rom.bin

now when i put the USB in it stays the same there is no connecting i try a couple of different USB cables nothing the SD card is not showing up in file explorer either and when plugin in the USB there is no sound and nothing showing in disk manager please help this one has got me stumped the only way to put anything on the SD card is to take it out of the tx when i go into eepskye and try to flash firmware it reads tx disk not mounted .

Make sure the little red cable between the usb plug in the radio and on the 9XT mainboard is fully inserted.
The one that connects to the mainboard is a bit difficult to connect..

i checked it i acactualy unpluged and turned the cable around still no connection.

i have a feeling that it is the little red usb plug because i took the same usb cable and pluged it in my old er9x board and what do you know i hear the compueter sound fom pluging it in. thing is where do i get a new usb plug for the mainboard.
