Can't bind D4R-II to internal module

Can any one tell me how to bind D4R-II to Taranis internal module?

Should I select D8, D16 or LR12?

Do just hold in the bind button on RX, or do I need to jump 2 pins?

OK, turns out it's me being a plonker. Reversed the wires on the Rx. D8 and bind button now works
