Good morning. New to the forum, new to OpenTX. I have a x9d+, recently updated to OpenTX ver. 2.2.1. I am trying to use it as a controller for the Velocidrone simulator. I have attempted to calibrate it in Windows, but the throttle is dead from -100 to 0, but works from 0 to 100. Windows recognizes it when plugged in as FrSky Taranis Joystick in Devices and Printers, but uses the HDI Compliant Device driver. Velocidrone recognizes it as an 8 axis 24 button controller.
I guess my question is two-fold:
1) Am I missing a driver that is causing the throttle issue, and if so what is it?
And if not, what might be the setting problem in the radio.
2) How do I force Windows to use the different driver?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Throttle only, or all controls?
If throttle only you probably didn't center it during stick calibration.
Otherwise follow a Liftoff/Taranis tutorial, Unreal engine joystick mapping is weird on Windows which requires you to offset what the radio puts out. Probably same with your simu.
