QX7 RF firmware differences

The firmware for the internal radio module on the frsky website, in addition to providing EU and non-EU, provides for EU1 and EU2

To what do EU1 and EU2 refer, and how do I work out which one to use ?

I think you will find these are the radio firmware, not the module firmware. I would guess the 1 and 2 refer to mode 1 and mode 2 for the sticks.
