Noob with a QX7 could use some help

Hi, this is my first post.
I am very new to this hobby and have just started flying fpv with an indoor micro quad using a newly purchased QX7. With the help of youtube was able to get it set up and flying.

I'm keen to understand as many of the menu items on the QX7 as possible but am not able to find anything comprehensive. The manual is very limited. Obviously some of the items are intuitive but others I am clueless eg. "E.Limits", "T-Trim etc. Is there any guide out there which explains all the menu items?
