SD card issue Taranis qx7

Just started down this route, QX7, OpenTx 2.2 latest release, companion 2.2 on iMac.
With companion 2.2, backup and reflashing of firmware was perfect, no issues.
Created the correct matching SD card contents and checked that the small file on the SD card had the correct version. With the SD card inserted and TX switched, get an error saying expected version 2.2V0010. This is the version on the card and it is installed in the root directory.
Tried two used but good quality 4gb cards, formatted as fat32 to no avail.

Any ideas?

Hey, I am having the same issue, Everything installed properly and SD content has everything as described according to 2.2V0010 but I am still having the warning.

I am missing something in the process.

I had the same issue, downloaded the entire file but the SD card wasn't the proper one. 2.2V0010 is now available on the opentx site.
