6 pos switch quandary.

My 6 position switch worked fine for a short while and then it reverted itself into a 3 position switch. I thought it must be my soldering and resoldered it.
Still the same.
I thought ok, I will put in a proper connector ( JST-SH ) onto the board.
Still the same.
I then thought maybe I've damaged the board while soldering. So I bought a module backboard and try again.
Still the same.
I then thought it has got to be a dodgy 6 pos switch. Renewed it.
Still the same.
All this thinking is getting me nowhere.
Any thoughts anybody !

You probably recalibrated the sticks at some point and forgot to calibrate the 6 pos. Recalibrate all the analogs.
