Hi,
Is there a document (hyperlink to that document) where all the companion build options are explained or described?
Thanks

Re: Companion 2.2 crashes
Hi,
OK I found the document that explains companion's 2.2 build options.
A little comment on companion 2.2.
It seems pretty unstable. I still have companion 2.1.9 and it never failed or crashed.
Companion 2.2 crashes often and I have to restart either the program by killing it with the task manager or reboot the PC (windows 7).
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Re: Companion 2.2 build options
You don't say which version of 2.2, nor what you're doing when that happens.
Options have tooltips when you leve the cursor on them.

Re: Companion 2.2 build options
Hi Kilrah,
Here are some more info about Companion version and crashes.
Version is: 2.2.0N370 (April 27 2017)
Using Taranis X7 with the that build.
Crashes:
The crashes occur with the X7 plugged or not.
1- Sometimes the synchronize SD never stops, we see the rolling circle going on forever. Need to restart either companion by killing it or reboot PC. The X7 USB link is recognized and connected.
2- If I do a file open to a valid eeprom it stops working (freeze). Need to restart companion and it works.
X7 not connected.
3- Sometime it never closes when we simply do close. Need to kill the job with task manager and even then it says companion does not respond.
X7 not connected.
However sometimes everything works but it is fragile.
I have not had any issues with the 2.1.9 companion other than known issues but they were not crashes.
I have not done anything unusual and have installed companion many times.
Thanks

Re: Companion 2.2 build options
Avoid using synchronise SD feature at the moment. Do you have the same issues if you do NOT use that function in a session?
Can you supply your file that sometimes casues a crash when opening?

Re: Companion 2.2 build options
Hi Kilrah,
Yes I did have problems before doing the synchronize SD.
The first time I wanted to flash the firmware, it did not work. Retried and it worked. Don't know what happened.
Also the first time I did open file it did not work. Retried and it work. Not sure what happened.
Sometimes it works sometimes not. when it works all seems OK.
I have just stated with companion 2.2 and the X7.
Please note I had companion problems before the eeprom file exists.
Hi Kalle123
