Hi,
I just bought the Taranis X7.
My new SD card is empty but I will format it as it should with the proper structure.
My questions are:
I want to edit and create models using Companion and download (or copy) them on the SD card in the models directory on SD card located in X7.
If I create with companion individual models and save them, can I simply copy them into the SD card directory models and then do a back up eeprom to create the eeprom file with the X7?
What is the best way (procedure) to create new models and consequently create the eeprom file containing all the models (and sounds).
I know how to do all this with the taranis but have never created models in companion.
Please advise,
Thanks
RTG

Re: Start a new eeprom file
You don't handle separate models.
You read the entire radio in companion, make your changes (adding a new model being an example), then rewrite to the radio (and save on your PC for good measure as a backup).

Re: Start a new eeprom file
Thanks Kilrah,
Once I have edited all my models and general radio settings in companion, I write to whole thing the radio using which command?
Thanks
