Taranis QX7 Switch Problem

Post by jmcclurg »

I tested out my X7 with Open TX 2.2 and all the switches worked correctly. I installed Ersky9x and the SC^ and SHv switch are not functioning correctly. When I check the switch diagnostics in radio setup they are recognized correctly. If I put them in a mix they are not recognized, all the other switches work fine. I am using R221b9 but I have tried nearly every version of Ersky9x for the X7 since Mike released it and the problem is still there. I figure it's operator error since no one else has reported the issue so where am I going wrong.

Taranis QX7 Switch Problem

Post by Daedalus66 »

I have version b7 on my X7 and don't see any problem with those two switches, at least when using them as sources of mixes.

Can you be more specific about what you did that didn't work.

By the way, I took it out for its first outdoor flights today. I used a MultiOrange module with Lemon Stabilizer Plus. All went very well.

If I for instance want to use SH to reset a timer it won't work but the other switches will. If I use SC^ in a rate mix it reacts as though it is set to SC-. I can only get two rates using SC either hi and mid or hi and lo, depending on how I set switch 1 and 2. I have no problem setting any other 3 pos switch up for triple rates.

I did fix some problems with those switches, but I can reproduce your specific problems, so I'll investigate.

I've found the problem and got a fix. It's too late now to post it, I'll do that tomorrow.

I've just posted test version 'c1'. This should fix the SC and SH problems on the QX7.
