Turnigy 9xr pro from mode 1 to mode 2

Need some help here guys,Is my first Drone build.
How are you guys resetting the Throttle Warning after going from mode 1 to mode 2?
I performed the parts swap from right to left gimbals then did the firmware upgrade to r220.C
I'm using the Simple 4 Channel Template.
What is that I'm doing wrong

You will have to tell the firmware that you've changed to mode 2.
Radio Setup/Controls then last line.

Under Control Channel Order is set to RTEA, Cross Trim and Throttle Reverse are not selected. Mode 2 is Set to Rud,Thr,Ele,Ail. Does the SD card need to be IN when Doing Flash process? My SD card is not good...

F0 ---- RETA
F1 to F6 ---- ---- 0000

Found a different way of doing the swap..Put it back to Mode 1.
What I did instead was swap the potentiometers from Right to Left to eliminate the issue with the short wire.Now the trick is swap the wire at the potentiometers leaving the middle wire alone just swap the end wires at the plug,the best way is having magnifying goggles and a small screwdriver to lift the little plastic that holds the wire then pull it a swap it and that's it...Warning be gentle with the potentiometers when removing them they are cheap....Now I'm on my way to work later I try to load a video...Peace .. It is a lot easier to make the change in the firmware.

Actually it was much easier to swap the gimbals and the potentiometers to resolve the issue with the wire been to short.
