Help! Smartie Parts / AVRDUDE did not finish correctly

I know you have heard it a many times, but I have researched for hours and still have not been able to flash my brand new Turnigy 9x confirmed v2 with ER9x using the Smartie Parts board. I have clean all leads and tried reinstalling the board multiple times. I have downloaded the recommended drivers multiple times and I continue to get the same message, please review the attached screen shot.....I'm at a loss at this point....anyone?

I received my Smartie Parts board w/ backlight back in April and just received my Turnigy 9x a week ago.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Either your drivers didn't install properly or your USB cable is bad or your computer USB port isn't working right or your smartie parts USB board isn't plugged in right or has a bad connection or the smartie parts board is bad.

Problem solved it was the driver install. Went through everything again and when I removed and installed the driver again it has now worked like a charm!
