Not sure if anyone had noticed these on ebay...

I have made a set up and they seem to work quite well

4 cells.... delivering a 6.4v supply to the ersky9x board. Pretty certain they could be made into compact 2 cell and highly stable rx packs

That was intentional.

You can get AA and CR0 life-PO4 cells

What is wrong with a pair of non protected 18650's from Dealextreme?
They work fine for me. (In the transmitter)
Superglue them together without tapeing, perfect fit!

Nice thing with life cells is that they can be a close match to regular NiMH cells... So great for rx packs.

When you consider... The cr2 size is available... That makes for some tiny packs for gliders!

I have made on up for the tx. works perfectly
