Some prints came in:

Moving on slowly but surely.

@kilrah: will it be possible later to make some adjustments to OPEN TX like:
- switch warning: selectable position for each switch separatley?
- throttle warning: 0% is normal (not -100)

Nice!

Switch warnings have always been customizable. For throttle that's a rather big change, I believe there's already an enhancement request for it on github you can add your voice to.

Ersky9x has an option for the throttle warning to be at 0%.

Hi Mike,

We will need the throttle warning if position is not 50%. So 50% is without warning. Now standard throttle is supposed to be at 0% for no warning.

@ Kilrah: where can I put my voice for this enhance?

There is some new progres. The test print came out looking a bit stupid and bulky, but it was good for some ergonomy testing.

Grip feels really nice, trigger also, position of gimbal and "pinky" switch is already modified in 3D, new position for small switch found etc...

Latest proposal in 3D, needs to be polished:
Image

- smaller footprint
- pot inside the handle
- two switches on the steering wheel column (like wiper and teirn signal)
- the rest still looking for their home
- I will be leaving alternative holes on the model for different layouts.

Slow - but steady...

Waiting for TX housing test prints, to test fitting of the TX module and existing Power on PCB:

Hi There,

Just cleaned my desk after an overwhelming set of open projects.

This one is back on the table.

I am thinking of using jumper hardware though ;-)

All the chinese electronics is essentially clone or copy in their roots. So it is the game. Complaining now is hypocrisy. Taking sides is harmful...

Let's play it nicely. It is just a hobby :-)
