Instability of the out signal for the elevator or flap / thr is not once. After some time (5-10 minutes) after switching on the transmitter and trimming, if necessary, the elevator or flaps smoothly move away from the neutral. You need to trim again. After the pwr off and re-activation of the control wheels again shifted to their previous position.
On FS-TH9X and QX7 for same airframe, receivers and servos work fine.
May be instability of voltage supply an analog part MC?

Most likely a bad pot/gimbal.
