Hello Folks,
My new QX7 shows outputs of only 1000 or 1500 on the 3-way switches. So a three way switch has values of 1000 in the first position, 1500 in the second position, and 1500 in the third position. I cannot adjust the max on the outputs screen, but I can adjust the min. The max will not go over +100 and when I turn it the other way, the number does'nt change in the upper right corner of the transmitter screen. It does this on all models. Could there be something wrong with the radio? Could I have messed up a global switch setting somewhere? It does'nt seem possible that 3-way switches would default to only two positions right out of the box.
How can I get my 3-way switches to output 1000,1500, and 2000?
Thank you very much for any help you can give me,
Jimmy

That's typically you setting the "switch" entry of the mixer line that should stay empty for this use.

Use MAX for the source of the mix, not the switch name.

Using the switch as Source is the more common method now. It requires that you NOT name the switch a second time, as Kilrah pointed out. When doing it this way, leave the “Switch” parameter as “—”.

THANK YOU ALL! I had the 'switch' entry set in both places! I undid it in the mixer per Kilrah. Then I realized I had it set in the inputs too. With both undone, they now work! I made the same mistake in both places, and I would still be beating my head on the workbench without your help.
