Hi super noob here. Please bear with me.
I am working on a project using drone FPV modules but my application is not related to drone flying.
I need to connect a Trinity head tracker to an XJT Tx module, bind it to a X8R receiver which communicates with a Fatshark Pan/Tilt/Roll camera mount. I tried using my Trinity (Fatshark) external head tracker module with a Taranis radio and was successful. But I am confused as to how to do it with the module, without the trainer port.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Trinity head tracker to XJT Tx module
I think its not possible without using trainer port. You have tried using trainer port?
I believe the intented way is to use trainer port to pass the 3 desired channel values (lets say chan 6-7-8 or PPM1-PPM2-PPM3). Connect your gimbal to the corresponding channels (6-7-8) on X8R and then configure your channel mixer.

Re: Trinity head tracker to XJT Tx module
Should work straight. Maybe a pull-up needed for the PPM signal.
