Voice option not showing

I have A flysky which I updated with a 9xtreme smartieparts. I can flash the tx and have put the voice files in the proper directories on the SD card.
but when I go to the radio setup the voice option is not showing any HELP!
I have Ver v.1946 dated 26.08.2015 time 23:09:15 SVN ersky 9x-r218 Mod 9xt
