Are the OpenTX GVars global to the model scope or global to the radio scope?

I'm looking to define a variable at the model level scope that could be read from a telemetry script allowing it to be used in more than one model but customize it self to that model.

I have a FPV Hubsan and a non-FPV one. I have a custom screen that I would like to display vtx freq on the FPV model and not display it on the non-FPV one but not have to write two different scripts. All the other options are the same.

Just set up a logical switch with fixed ouptut (and opposite state for both models, obviously).
