which Bitmap Format does we need at Horus for the new colour modelscreens ?
Fileformat = *.BMP
W x H = 171 x 101 Pixel ??
Colour = 256 ??
So we could generate some Modellpictures
Is it possible to use the small pictures from Taranis at Horus too?

what I know now:
Horus Modell screen format is:
Fileformat= *.BMP
Size WxH = 192x96 Pixel
Colour= 16bit RGB565
But unknow is:
Header Infos?
MSB or LSB first?
Compression?
Button up or Invers?
Today the normal BMP-Format is 24Bit
BMP with 16bit RGB565 is a very old but simple Microsoft MSDN Format, fine for LCD Controller
No new Programm is supporting this old format, only 24Bit BMP
Have tested with:
Gimp V2.8
Irfanview V4.x
LCD-Image-Converter V1.1
Bitmap2LCD V3.2
Paint Win7
Paint-Net
graphic-converter V1.2 (this can generate 16bit BMP and resize)
But could not generate a running File for Horus modellscreen
Maybe an old Paint from WinXP can generate it?
I have no Photoshop (can generate a 16bit RGB565 file)
It should be a short and simple programm like LCD-Image-Converter or Bitmap2LCD
