C9X Companion and Chromebook
I owe a google chromebook. I would like to download companion and the others but,,,,This laptop will not download exe. files or deb. files. I am expecting my Taranis to be delivered in a week or so. Do you know if there is a get-a-round for this predicament. Would I be able to use my public library? You all are truly gifted and I am just getting started back in r/c now that I am retired, flew 35 years ago, still have my Kraft radio's to prove it! Any help will be a gift for me.

Chrome book is not a desktop operating system.
Essentially it is a really slimmed down system - a bit like an ipad.
