The Startup Sound is located in Sounds/en/System/tada.wav.
The files need to be 8, 16, or 32kHz saved in A-Law or U-Law.

Or PCM uncompressed, best for quality.

I use PCM, 32kHz, 16bit, mono.

My software says PCM signed 16 bit mono. No idea about endianness.
