formatting sd card help

c**p i just formatted my sd card when tring to load sounds now got nothing tried to reinstall en its on the sd card when i look on computer but in transmitter it says no sounds there all i got on transmitter screen is [.fseventsd] under that [.spotlight-v100] and under that [.trashes] ._. Trashes ,,,,,, how do you reinstall original files i tried loading new folders named "BMP" "LOGS" "MODEL" SOUND" they showed up on transmitter screen i then loaded en sound folder in you could see that to but still no sound c**p i got no idea how to fix limited computer skills so angry with myself any help would be so appreciated
