Menu lock mode?

Having large hands to go with m 6'4" size When I hand launch with my right had, my left palm hits the cross menu selector. I don't use a strap or a tray and just grasp the tx hard with my left hand, throw hard with the right. It usually causes me to hit a button and charge my display screen. Then while flying I have to look down and reselect the correct one again.
Maybe something as simple as freeze the menus for 5/10 seconds with full throttle? After I launch it's not an issue any more.
Anyone else having this issue!
