Help blocked opentx 2.2 on Taranis Q7

I am stuck in a strange situation and I really need your help.
The radio was working fine, I have bind a x6 receiver and worked correctly. After the shut down the radio does not start up.
The screen rest blocked with the opentx logo and I can't do nothing. To stop I have to take out the battery.
Tried to write the firmware and no change.
Any ideas please?
