Another baro sensor support

Post by MxM33 »

Hi all
I only recently found this beautiful project.

I have not found in my table ms5611, but i have bmp085 and it works great in this bundle.

I adjusted the code for yourself but explain me how can I share them?
Unless of course it's anyone else need to

Of course I know all this. bmp085 already there, and 5611 will be creep with mail more than a month. Accuracy should be sufficient, at least inside room it works up to + / - 0.2 - 0.3 m

BMP085 wasn't implemented due to high noise leading to bad vertical speed indication. It's sensitive to many things including the RF transmitted by the telemetry downlink.
Altitude is one thing, but vertical speed calculation needs a pretty clean signal for good results. And as that's the primary use of the oXv...

But if it's good enough for you, no problem :)

Yeah, Thank you, as always, the devil is in the details, I have not flown with him, only first play . Well, it'll still be used as an altimeter :)

Winter is long, next year I think I can try normal
