I have an unusual occurrence with my Horus. It's a Beta unit, fully updated hardware by T9 Hobby Sport, been running Opentx 2.2.1 trouble free until now. I updated Companion latest v2.2.2 RC, downloaded v2.2.2 firmware. DFU is loading OK, however, when I attempt to "Read firmware from radio"
I get : Output from DFU-util 0.7
Filter on vendor = 0x0483 product = 0xdfll
Opening DFU capable USB device... Cannot open device.
When attempting to write the latest firmware to radio I get the same message. Do I have to totally replace the SD card contents for the latest version?
Stand down my valiant comrades, Zadig to the rescue, reinstalled driver for STM32, snuffed the fire out
Mike.

Re: Horus X12S not reading / writing firmware
Flashing firmware has nothing to do with the SD, you likely didn't follow the instructions for loading the DFU driver and flashing with the radio OFF.

Thanks Kilrah, it was a corrupted driver, Zadig did an Arnie Swarzenegger on it
