Hello everyone!
I'm new to all this stuff, please excuse my incompetence  I need your help guys very much!

I have turnigy 9x with stock v2 firmware using which I fly wltoys v911 helicopter. I want to buy blade ncpx and want to control it with my 9x.

My goal is to make my 9x able to control both helicopters by switching between flysky and dsm modules (hardware switch). Is that possible to make? I have dx4e mainboard with dsm2/x module on it.

Thanks in advance!

Instructions to install the DSM module are here, but those require you to reflash your radio first (you can't use it with stock firmware):

There are 2 common methods, one is to install the module in the radio with a switch to route power/signal either to the back module or the DSM module, the other is to put the DSM module and its regulator in a 2nd JR module case, and to then swap the modules when needed.

For more info about reflashing, have a read through the Wiki. http://openrcforums.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

Thank you very much, Kilrah! I want to go the first route - "install the module in the radio with a switch to route power/signal either to the back module or the DSM module".

Will keep this thread updated with progress :)
