Can you sell radios with er9x loaded in them?

Hey I'm looking at selling modified 9x radios with the er9x loaded into them, with a custom profile for the product that I sell. Is this allowed?

I would be selling the work of actually flashing the firmware to a radio, I've found many of my customers don't want to do it themselves. Also the custom setup profile to be sold with my specific RC product that I sell. Is that alright, or is that in violation of the license of er9x?

The primary requirements are that you acknowledge where the firmware (er9x) originates, and don't charge for the "free" software.
Mention er9x may be downloaded from here: http://www.er9x.com/, and that it is open source and the source files may be found here: https://github.com/MikeBland/mbtx.

You may, of course, charge for hardware and any additions you make (hardware mods, profiles etc.).

Just as a thought, is the 9X the 'best' Tx for your requirement? For example, the 9XR-PRO has a much more powerful processor, ships with ersky9x (er9x for ARM processors) firmware, and requires no hardware mods.
