Slow works for down, but not up!

Hi group,
Can anyone think of a reason for this?
Here is my code:
CH4 100 AIL d
+ 100 CH14
CH14 10P3 ID1
+ 100 P3 ID2
+ 100 THIS S
CH6 100 AIL d
+ 100 CH16
CH16 -10P3 ID1
+ -100P3 ID2
+ 100 THIS S

I have both Slow Down and Slow Up set at 3 for the THIS entries.

Make the "THIS" lines a "REPLACE" multiplex. THIS takes the currently calculated value for the channel, so if you add it in, you are doubling the channel value.
