Air brake elevator mix

Hi all, I am looking for some assistance to set up a mix of air brakes and elevator. The details of how I want it set up is as follows:-
Two air brakes joined with a Y lead to my receiver on channel 4, channel 1 is throttle, 2 is ail, 3 is elevator.
I wish to operate the brakes with the 3 way ID switch, so that in the up position (id0) there are no brakes, in the mid position (id1) there are 50% brakes and in the down position (id2) there are 100% brakes. I also want to add some up elevator in conjunction when using these brakes.
