openTx has introduced a range of new features, ideas and bling. It is fast becoming the firmware of choice for many users. openTx will run on ALL current hardware platforms, including the gruvin9x and sky9x boards. Work has already started to support the new FrSky X9D radio!

OpenTx Lua Script Hold Inputs

OpenTx Lua Script Hold Inputs

We have a new mix script based on a viewer’s request. This script allows you to hold your inputs. For example you may hold the throttle and rudder position of a boat while you attend to something else.
I’ve written a post and uploaded a video to help you get started.

You can make a channel hold its value easily without needing a script.

Yep, completely unnecessary overkill :)
There are actually several ways of doing it, but one only involves assigning a switch to something already existing. Finding out what is the exercise of the day ;)
