Hi All,
Due to a repeating sd-card reading error while flashing firmware with the original SDcard which came with X9D, I wished to use a 32 GB SD-card. Which it won't read.
It's a Sandisk 32 GB.
I created a 1 GB partitition fat32 on it, like the original which came with the X9d plus. Copied with Companion the SD-card structure for 2.2.0 to it including firmwares, luas and soundfiles.
When it reads the sd, it gives me about 5 empty lines and then a wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww directory.
Which is about the same as when you format the card in fat16. Is it possible to generatie kernel log files from opentx? The problems that emerge are lot of quessing without some logging.

Have you been able to flash firmware before?
What are the exact steps to follow when "reads the sd" to give you five blank lines?
Does the welcome to OpenTX announcement play?

Seems more like a hardware problem with the SD card reader wiring.

May have a bad SD card, maybe try a different SD card.
SD card must be formatted Fat 32 and not be over 32 GB size.

Re: 32 GB SD card Sandisk X9D plus problems 2.2.0
I wonder if anyone has used a partition on a SD before. Could this be confusing OpenTX?
I use a 32gb FAT32 with no problems. It is a Patriot 32gb, but no partition.
It seems to me it is either a hardware problem or the partitioning of the SD. You could eliminate the possibility of the partition causing it.
