Simple question: Where is actual servo limit set in OpenTX menues?

openTx has introduced a range of new features, ideas and bling. It is fast becoming the firmware of choice for many users. openTx will run on ALL current hardware platforms, including the gruvin9x and sky9x boards. Work has already started to support the new FrSky X9D radio!

Simple question: Where is actual servo limit set in OpenTX menues?

Post by interestingfellow »

I have OpentTx on a 9x and I'm slightlty confused/forget.

In which OpenTX menu screen do I finally limit the actual throw of a servo?

Mixer screen? or Limits screen? What is the effective difference in limiting the weight in the mixer screen vs the limits screen?

Thanks for humoring me!

*Edited for increased clarity.

Normally you first use the limits to conform to your model mechanics (ensure servos don't bind and travel the same amount on both sides), then adjust desierd stick response (= actual throws) in Inputs.

Aye. I tried to upgrade to the newer build and it had some bugs so I downgraded to maintain reliability, and then never looked at upgrading again. I'll be switching to ER9X/Ar9x soon, anyway.

Thanks again, y'all!!!

Find erSky9x firmware (ersky9x for SKY board and AR9X board) for AR9x here: (http://www.er9x.com/).
And use eepSkye on your PC.
