I see a lot of people asking about parts and not much availability. I've had an extra 9x for a year as a backup. Now I have a 9XR coming to test programmers on. Dont need the 9X. I has never been used or flashed. I did test out the pots using the default firmware. That was a real joy. Here is a price list, crappy picture, and my financial workup. I look to break even considering my time if I sell 80 % of the parts. Let's call it an experiment.

I left the gimbals whole. There are 3 different pcb's with pots for the four axis. If there is a demand I will strip down a gimbal. Currently it is setup where you can replace an entire gimbal with no soldering. Curious if there would be a demand of a gimbal without the pots. Do the bearings themselves go bad ? I guess they have bearing in there.

After I confirm availability through PM and provide paypal address I will hold item for 72 hours. If you need more than 72 hours to pay for item just communicate that to me. If you change your mind and decide you dont want a part please communicate that to me as well so I can free it up for the next guy who may need it. thanks

I just had a parts inquiry from an international member. I'm sorry to say that the minimum international shipping charge is around $6. So with the Taranis released and having one, what do we think a super clean professional looking and working and modified Frsky talking telemetry and haptic 9x is worth?
Board modifications pictures showing soldering and mounting of added parts are available.

Just a quick one, is this taranis so great? Now im just into the modding of my 9x and im trying to buy a ersky9x and aurora gimbals for my other one, with a burned mb.. Now everyone is selling theirs and goes for taranis instead? Why? Is the modding on the 9x just for the fun of it now? Price comparison.. I
F i where to buy a 9x (wich i have two of) and upgrade it with ersky, telemetry, aurora gimbals, haptic and voice, bluetooth and some more... What would be cheaper?

Here's an ebay 'completed' search on 'turnigy 9x frsky' . Most of these probably dont include the voice and haptic. The ones in green sold, the ones in red didnt. will give you an idea of the selling price and demand. Hopefully the link will work. With ebay you used to have to work harder to see completed listings.

Highest sold price I saw was $220 , but the sold to unsold ratio didnt look great. Like I said , I dont think it has all the mods you mentioned. But a 'Showmaster' edition should command top dollar Truly

Havent ordered anything from HK in quite awhile. Been mulling whether to order 9x to repeat this process. It worked out for me but feel *almost* like a thief considering what HK is selling replacement parts for the 9XR.
