Motor Glider template needed

I have just ordered my Taranis and am working on companion9x trying to set this up. I am not having much luck, any help would be appreciated!

This is what I am looking for:

Glider with motor, rudder, elevator and flaps on 2 servos.

Motor on a on/off switch(SG, back is off, middle is on and forward is on)
Flaps on the right hand stick, up(no flaps) and down(full flaps)(throttle I am on mode 1)
(Mix for a little down elevator when flaps are applied)
Rudder on right hand stick, right and left(I am on mode 1)
Elevator on left stick, up and down(I am on mode 1)

I am no wizz with this thing yet as I have only had it 3 days.
Thanks to Scott Page's videos and forum chats I am having a blast with this and ditched my Spektum kit.

I have a Hobbyking Walrus powered glider with flaps, so 7 channels. I popped my Orange Module in and bound up.

I sat for a few hours this afternoon wondering how the hell I was going to make this work. As it had took me 5 months on my JR DSX9, an afternoon on my Spektrum DX9, and in fairness and afternoon on my Taranis but, much better results.

I have added the file to share with you all. Might not be as good as some of the stuff you have manage to build but, I am well happy.

A quick guide to switches used:

SE Throttle on and off with voice.
SA up - Launch mode (flaps down)
SA mid - Cruise mode
SA dn - Landing mode (flaps down with mix of down elev)

When SA is in the mid SD comes into play.

SD up - Thermal mode (ailerons and flaps drop slightly)
SD mid - Cruise mode
SD dn - Speed Mode (ailerons and flaps raise slightly)

In cruise mode the left slider acts as crow (ailerons up & flaps down)

There is a voice link to all switches to speak out setting.
Launch mode repeats every 10 seconds so you don't forget to go into cruise mode.
And Left slider when moved up from the bottom will say crow on, and crow off when returned.

For the sound files I used AT&T speech to text.
