Great thanks!
Just need to work out why quad throttles up inbetween 9x turning on going to main screen. This is longer of course if you have switches on that need to be turned off.

A long thread concluded that Flysky recently made a change on their RF modules that causes it. The obvious solution is to respect the common rule that the radio should always be turned on and warnings cleared before powering up the model.

Yup common sense dictate first TX ON then model, unless you have to bind the dam thing.

I always wait for my transmitter to be on the model screen before powering on the model, better wait 10 sec than to be very sorry...

Not that with this kind of bird you would have much damage but wait to have 200-1000gr quad go on on you

Any decent multirotor controller should require an "arming" sequence though, not just advancing the throttle stick. Unfortunately a few cheap boards don't, and some use them in big machines regardless of it.

Your right but as you said some will try... and I am one of those.

I was thinking about using the V929 board (since it so cheap) in a 200 gr Brushless quad whit ESC flashed with BLheli firmware.

Then decided against it, because I know that even if I be prudent it doesn't have a arming procedure, and what would happens if a friend took it...

And even I would one day forget about it an then be really sorry.

So arming/safety procedure wait for your TX to be fully ready before powering anything else.

I have had a bug in my monitor for real once... A couple of strange, very tiny orange insects managed to get between the LCD and backlight layer in my 37" LCD TV and were moving around...

The BLHeli flashed ESC will require an arming sequence so no problem there correct?

Most of the time you need to turn on tx after powering rx to get to bind so unfortunately I wont be able to use 9x with this, pretty sure I didn't have the problem on stock 9x firmware?

Any reason why you didn't set a 100% rate in your template? Easily modified though.

Maybe you have a problem with your board, because I only bound it once, the day i got it, and it still bound... so first tx then rx for me.

I think that 100% makes it do flips automatically, I just don't like things being done for me, if I have to flip it I wanna be in control.

But easily modifiable like you said.

Yes your correct it does stay bound, I'm so use to the ladybird being so finicky to bind. Was going to flash my old 9x and give it to my son to use with the 929 but even if I teach him the correct procedure I think he might make that mistake occasionally, but if it is the rf module and not the firmware do you think it may not have the problem if I flash er9x on my 1 1/2 year old 9x?

Also I suppose I could just stop the splashscreen, throttle and switch errors too.

Also what is the thinking behind the sticky throttle cut as opposed to being able to get the throttle back returning the switch to normal?

EDIT: Just found out sticky t cut is so throttle needs to be at minimum so activate that stick again.

Hi doonunder,

Sorry for the late reply.

The sticky T-Cut is just a supplementary protection, without it if you disengage T-cut and since the V929 doesn't have any protection on the brushed esc onboard, your quad would start with the position where the Th stick was.

Not that the 929 could do much damage to an adult but could be messy for a child, anyway it is a nice thing to have especially if you have another type of aircraft.

Hi,
Please excuse my very bad english.
I have modified the in my eyes very good template from blackmoon. Thank you very much for this!

The trimmer change their value when I change the sensitive. I mix the trimmer after the sensitive switch. Now I can change the sensitive without change the trimmer.

Regards,
Kille

Kille,

I would like to test your settings, but I can't open it with rev 360 of eepe.

Eepe says file corrupted or old, could you please post a pictures of your settings?

Or post it again with a newer revision of eepe.

Thank you.
