Steering to Throttle Mixing on MFU...

Post by BaEng »

Hi there...im new here but using this firmware few month on land/tanks... great software..

the problem start when i change from 2 esc setup to single MFU/ controller that have onboard esc's
i cannot give extra throttle when giving the steering command to one of the side....
when go forward...only left or right have that extra mixing of throttle to make the turn smooth...but when reverse...vise versa...

go through the web...anly find sample of using 2 esc or channel...the manual...the more i read...the more confuse i get...

tq in advance is someone can guide me on any clue that maybe i miss...

I think we need a bit more information on what the MFU needs to see.

But i don find it there... im trying the TK24 now...everything is fully functional.. all the multufunction is now set to indipendent switches thank to the developer of er9x.. just small problem... the tank get slow down when i give steering...so... i wann to mix it so that when i give steering... a small appropriate throttle increase so that the tank can move smoooth while taking a turn...more realistic n scale speed turn... i just mana to mix it either one side only...

As a start try (assumes CH3 is your throttle channel:
CH3 +100% Thr
+ 5% Rud curve (|x|)
The more Rud(der) you apply, the more the throttle is increased. The curve means it doesn't matter whether you use left or right rudder, the throttle always increases. Adjust the 5% to suit.

OK, set up a logical switch:
L1: v<val Thr 0
then configure CH3:
CH3 +100% Thr
+ 13% Rud switch(!L1) curve (|x|)
- 13% Rud switch(L1) curve (|x|)
