Turnigy 9x (Mode 4)

Greetings everybody! I am looking for some detailed help setting up my Turnigy 9x v2 for the very first time. Before I go on let me make a list of what I have.
My quadcopter is already set up and ready to fly as soon as I get the Tx properly configured:
DRQ 360 (D-Hawk) folding quad frame
4 new T-Motor 2212 980kv motors
4 new HK F30-A ESCs flashed with Simon K (using signal wires only)
1 new Power Distro board with 12v and 5v (adjustable) outputs
1 full set of RCTimer C/F 8x4.7 props with some spares
1 new Flip32+ (Naze 32) Flight controller with Cleanflight firmware loaded
2 used Zippy Compact 4S 3700mAH LiPos
Extras:
1 Turnigy Rx
I was able to bind the Tx with my Rx but the controls are everywhere. I am trying to set it up correctly so that it will do the following: throttle/aileron on left stick, elevator/rudder on right stick.
I appreciate if you can provide as many details as possible as I am very new to this sort of quads. I've been used to the ones you get from Helimax which is turn on and fly hehe. Thanks!
