Taranis problem

My pc won’t recognize my radio when I plug it in. I’ve downloaded open to, zadig, and betaflight. Open to is 2.1 and my radio is 2.2 For some reason when I power up my quad it beeps and flashes like it’s in lost and found mode. It’s like my radio doesn’t talk to the pc. Any help?
