Throttle position error

Post by frankdmayo »

Everytime I turn on the TX (TH9X with the ER9X software) it reports the throttle not Idle reset throttle press any key to skip. I have re-calibrated the sticks (both) several times but still get the message on every startup. Also my throttle stick (leftstick) when I use it for my rc car is backwards, back is forward and forward stick is backup.... Sorry I'm very new to RC so please forgive me for dumb questions.

Hi, welcome to the forum..
what happens if you turn your radio on with the throttle stick completely up? does the problem go away?
Check on the general settings that you don't have the "throttle reverse" option active.. it should be "OFF"

If possible download your eeprom with eepe and post it here.

When calibrating the sticks be very gentle. If you press three sticks down it bends the plastic. The throttle stick check is very sensitive.
