font size way off in one thread

Post by rperkins »

Not sure if it due to the long url or the attachments or what.
Can someone look at it and let me know how to fix it or just modify the offending post to get us back to square one my eyes are shot :)

I started another thread but here's some more info

Ok I went to take a screenshot and have more details. I normally zoom at 125%. Either I'm on the couch using a wireless keyboard and mouse with a wall mounted 55" lcd, or Im at work using an acer 7" android tablet.

The thread I'm talking about doesnt zoom properly. the text doesnt wrap properly.
Here are screenshots of a good page and the bad one at 150% zoom. yea my eyes arent what they used to be, but what is :) In the bad one I'm showing a post with an extremely long url that has already been automatically wrapped once. My bet is that is the culprit. well that and my chromium/android browser combo

notice no horizontal scrollbar

notice the very very long horizontal scrollbar. makes it really tough when your adding a quick reply

Seems to be the issue is the long Web address. In that post.

What post if is it?

On my phone and can't see it!

hey thats not fair. didnt do it here :x
on the other thread the url was not truncated. maybe it's due to the attachment's placed inline. ??

naaa. great minds think alike :) Now if we could just do our jobs from here . scratch that, I'd get so big I'd need a larger recliner :( Really I love the setup but the high resolution 1920x1080 coupled with the distance ,~ 9ft, makes the font zoom necessary

My main PC monitor on my desk is a 40" Samsung LED TV :)

If you need to increase font size... then you're too far from your TV, and don't actually make use of the full HD resolution :D
