Left Slider in simulator?

Post by SailorMike »

I'm using OpenTx Companion 2.9.1 to set up a program for a motor glider, and I want to set the airbrakes up on the Left Slider, but I can't make it happen. "LS" and "RS" never appear in the "input" menu, (neither in the edit window nor the transmitter simulator). "S1" and "S2" seem to represent the sliders. When I set the airbrakes to "S1", the right slider will control the channel, but I can't see any effect from operating the left slider no matter what I do. When I look at the transmitter simulator analog test screen, the left slider value will change like it should when the control is operated. I've tried setting the left slider up in both the editor window and the transmitter simulator.
I tried selecting the left and right sliders for the channel input by operating them in the simulator input screen with no luck-Does this feature work in Companion?

Radio type?
Checked the pots/sliders are properly defined in the Hardware radio setings?
