Sorry in advance if this is a wrong place to post.
I've registered today and noticed during registration that timezone data on forum is somehow outdated. For instance, Europe/Moscow timezone is not UTC+3 as it should be but UTC+4.

Still no e-mail notifications, seems a lot of people are now having the same problem, (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9030#p116943).
Could there be some one or something blocking them somewhere ?

There is really no good reason for this to not be working

I have now tried a change that 'may' work. Essentially using an external mail provider.

My phone stopped giving me email notifications for some reason. That is why I didn't see your mail right away. The other reason is that I was still sleeping when you sent it
